Knocking through into the adjacent dining room and adding on a glass box extension really opened up this lovely space, with fabulous views over the garden and countryside beyond. Moving the dining table into the glass extension then created space for casual lounge seating where the kitchen used to be, leaving room for a generously sized kitchen with separate hot and cold drinks prep area. Tying the two areas together is the deep bluey green paint colour, Squid Ink from Paint and Paper Library paired with neutral Farrow and Ball Ammonite.

The island features a vented induction hob from Elica, a sleek option in the beautiful marble type quartz worktop, with plenty of space for prepping food on either side. Tall cabinets feature a full size larder, fridge freezer cabinet and oven stack with matching Fisher and Paykel ovens. A separate shallow full height larder is perfect for storing china, glasses, vases etc along with a full drinks selection, handily placed next to the adjacent wine cooler.

Both sinks are fitted with matching Quooker instant hot water taps for use when cooking and preparing hot drinks as well as washing up in the separate sinks.
