First and foremost our process is built around creating the perfect kitchen space for you and your family. To do this we need to understand as much as we possibly can about how you intend to use the space, what your needs and aspirations are and any design ideas you may have.

That starts with us arranging to meet you at your home so we can get an idea about the space we have to work with. You can also come and visit us at our showroom where you'll be able to get a feel for all the various materials, styles and finishes that we offer (the possibilities really are endless!) as well as having a tour of our workshop space.

Once we have a thorough understanding of your requirements then we can begin the process of designing your new kitchen. Drawing on information already gathered, we are able to create a detailed project plan, that includes costings and a work schedule that fits around your diary.

Should you need any building or structural work completed we can put you in touch with one of our trusted suppliers.

It's during the design phase of a project that things really start to come to life! Computer generated 3D plans of your new kitchen will be drawn and you'll work closely with Ceri to make sure every single small detail has been considered.

Once you're happy with the design of your kitchen we'll begin the process of hand-making the components at our on-site workshop. Our team of experienced cabinet-makers and finishers take immense pride in building truly stunning, high-quality kitchens and other furniture that will last a lifetime and more.

We always use the highest quality fittings and materials and ethically sourced FSC timber.

Your new kitchen will be professionally installed by the cabinet makers who have made your kitchen, quickly and with minimal disruption to you and your family, at a time that's convenient to you.

We take exceptional pride in our installation work and guarantee that your kitchen will be installed to the highest standards. Once the work is complete we provide a follow up call to ensure you are completely satisfied.
